Sons of our Heart
These were our Summer '11 host boys who we planned to adopt. God brought us to Ukraine Dec. 2011 to adopt them, but turned the events to lead us to adopt 2 six-year-old boys with Down syndrome! Our host boys now live with their bio aunt, but they'll always be sons in our hearts.

- Hi, I'm Lorraine. I'm just one member of Team Boss Your Heart, but I happen to be the one who keeps up with this little blog God started in December 2009. I'm mom to 13 (3 bio, 10 adopted, 1 in heaven), so I don't devote as much time to updating this blog much anymore--sorry! This is my online diary/scrapbook of sorts, a way to record this journey of large family--special needs--blessed by adoption--ranch living--Jesus loving life. PRAYING!!! We've never met but I was led to your blog and have been praying for your little Chrissie. I touch her picture and pray and pray and pray! Our God is mighty and his works are displayed through us!!!! PRAYING!!!

Father God, please decrease the C02 levels in Chrissie's blood right now. Guide the hands of her doctors and give them your wisdom to bring your miraculous healing to this precious child. I know you did not bring her here to abandon her. You have a plan and a promise for her life Lord, and I am standing on that promise now as I lift her up to you. Be with her mother and the rest of her family and give them peace and strength in this difficult time. Amen.

Please mend this little one's broken heart! Make her whole! Guide the doctors. Lay Your holy hand of PEACE on the Patterson family right now. Let them FEEL Your presence. You are mighty to save this baby girl, Your precious daughter, a most beautiful jewel.
