Lorraine and Matt,

Thank you so much for sharing Chrissie's beautiful Celebration of Life service. It is so beautiful how God has used you to fulfill Chrissie's dream of a forever family. What an amazing seven months Chrissie, you, your children, extended family and friends have shared together. God knew the day she would be going home with Him but blessed her and you with family love here on earth. I am so happy she shared this time with you, and you with her.

I pray your sadness at being apart from her will be comforted by His peace and love and the love you have for each other.

In His Love,
Nora

I just finished watching her celebration from beginning to end and there are so many things I wanted to say to you, Lorraine.

First is how amazing your strength is - it shines. Your faith in the midst of this trial. I also lost an orphan I loved dearly, with all of my heart, as though she was my own from my body. There were things you said that have never occurred to me, things I have never heard when facing the death of a child so young. My baby was 4 and it seemed so short, too short, but you said it is the exact time written in His book. He completed His plan with her life in that time. Thank you for that.

I live in Kansas City, a long day trip from San Antonio, and truly would love to come visit some time. There has been a call on my life for years to serve in orphanages overseas, to adopt, and to make a difference in the lives of orphans. I feel a kinship, even through the internet.

It seemed that there was a powerpoint presentation of pictures during the celebration - is there a chance that would be easy to post on your blog? I am very interested to see more pictures of her living life with her forever family.

Thank you, Lorraine. Whenever things are slow, I would absolutely love to begin a conversation with you. My name is Melyssa from Facebook and my e-mail is meichan1029@gmail.com

What a beautiful service that was. Although I can see there were tears, it looked happy, a celebration- that's not a phrase heard regularly. I wish I could have met Chrissie in this life, but I know I will in the next and I can't wait! There are so many people I've "met" online that I long to meet properly. Heaven is something we have to rejoice and be thankful for!

Thank You Jesus for Chrissie's life, and the many souls that were saved because of it. We know that although we are sad, her memory will live on through those who knew her and will be reunited in Your presence some day, and meet many more people.

Many blessings to the family,

Lorraine,
Thank you for posting all these videos of Chrissie's Princess celebration. I missed seeing it live and really appreciated being able to watch these as if I wasn't so far away in Australia I would've been there in person to celebrate Chrissie's life with you.
She truly was an inspiration and an amazing little girl who has touched an immense number of lives and your family have too in your steadfast faith in our Lord Jesus throughout such a painful and hard time for you all.

I'm praying for you that you will know God's peace, comfort and love surrounding you all as you face the days ahead.

Sending love and God Bless,
Anna

Lorraine,

Thank you so much for posting this for those who weren't able to make it to the live cast. I did watch it live cast thru streaming tears and smiles.

I'm praying for you and your family as you continue thru this process.

Remembering Chrissie and her love for chocolate is one thing that will stay with me, the othe rthing is her love of jewelry.

I remember the first time I read the blog to my husband and showed him the illustration that you posted of a normal heart and then Chrissie's heart. I remarked to him at that time that this girl is a walking miracle and that God has a special plan for her. Well a plan he did indeed. While I'm sad that the plan included her not staying long enough on this earth for all her prayer warriors to get to meet her in person, I am hopeful and prayerful that possibly we will be blessed enough one day to meet her in heaven. Flawed and broken I hope that God will welcome me in as your precious Chrissie was.

Much love and thanks,

Thank you for posting this. I was away last weekend and didn't get to see it. I watched it yesterday and wept and wept as Chrissie's family gave beautiful tribute. The bible refers to having a "child like faith". Wow..did I ever see that as a living example...from your youngest child to the adults that spoke. I was also touched by Dr Porisch. During this past week, I questioned over and over again, If God really does still do miracles today. I believe that was something that she addressed directly in her tribute. I also liked that she reminded you all that you blessed Chrissie every bit as much as she blessed you. I believe this too was the best 6 months of her life. Thanks for sharing her with us before she went into the hospital. We will never forget Chrissie! What a beautiful child of God!

Thanks for sharing this. I wasn't able to watch the live feed. I only knew Chrissie in the hospital through your blog so was touched to know who she really was. See my blog - http://letuswalkinthelight.blogspot.com/2010/05/she-wasnt-afraid-to-be-happy.html for more. Thanks for sharing your daughter with the world. You really should write a book.

Just got through watching the entire service. It was evident from watching that much thought went into this service to make it a true celebration personally for your princess! Love the matching necklaces all the girls wore and the boys bow ties were perfect! Thank you for sharing your precious child with the world! The Doctor's words were extremely touching. You have a beautiful family and I pray for you in the coming days.

the videos arent showing up, is it something wrong with my computer or is it something wrong with the vidoes?

I don't know how to reply to the anonymous reader who couldn't get the videos to show up, other than to leave a comment here in hopes that he/she will receive it. The videos should show up as long as you are actually going to the blog site at www.allarepreciousinhissight.blogspot.com. It may take a while to upload, so if you have dial-up, you probably won't be able to watch the videos. I would say to try it again, and if they don't load after 5-10 minutes with a fast internet connection, let me know and I can try to get someone to research it. You can also go to YouTube to search for the videos. I'm not positive what they're listed as there though. Sorry I'm not more help!
