Four!

 

Happy 4th birthday, Kiefer Thomas!  We love you dearly, son, and we are forever grateful that God chose to send us you!

 

Kiefer decided to ride the elephant statue at the zoo, pretending it was a bull.  Kiefer is still all KOWBOY!!! :-)

The other day, Kiefer hugged me, look ones into my eyes, and said, "Mommy, I love you. You so beautiful ("booootiful")."

I replied, "Kiefer, you are such a blessing!"

To which Kiefer rebutted, "I a toddler, I not a blessing!"

Oh, Kiefer, if you only knew just how much of a blessing you are, sweet boy. One day, yes, one day, I believe the Lord will open your eyes to see and believe the depth of the blessing you are to our family. We love, adore, and positively treasure you, Kiefer. And, by the way, you're no longer a toddler, which means there's no rebuttal to the pure fact that you ARE A BLESSING!!!
