Anyway, we're leaving for the airport soon and the kids are saying goodbye to their daddy and sister (temporarily), a well as their dog (forever, or at least in this earthly lifetime) .
We adopted Sweetie Pie 15 years ago. She was a severely abused 2-year-old dog until a local pet advocacy rescued her. We were very blessed to have been her forever family.
